Strangers With Candy.02

I drew this for a new project where we had to think up our own story to make it into animatic. I felt like being a little bit wierd so mine is gonna be about a lonely little creature (he has no name yet) who goes off to the forbidden forest in search of someone to play with. While he is in the forest an evil creature tries to capture him with Candy so he can put him in his Rare Animal Zoo. I haven't decided wether the little guy gets away or not yet...

This images features the Protagonist sitting in the Forbidden Forest trying to make friends with a flower (he's not educated enough in the world to relise thatit won't talk back). I wanted to try and get the look of dappled light across but in a unique kinda style.

This was drawn in pencil, painted with water colours and then detail was added in colouring pencils, then it was inked.
